Shipping Products
The products will be sent to the address specified by each customer when submitting his order. The Company cooperates with a courier service, in order to ensure the safe and fast shipment of products.
Risk of Product Damage or Destruction
Shipped products are covered by insurance for damage or loss during transport. The validity of this security ceases to exist from the moment of delivery of the product to the customer.
Product Returns / Withdrawal
To avoid your own inconvenience, we would recommend that you pay attention to the condition of the product sold and its packaging intact at the time of delivery of your order, in order to detect any obvious defects, such as incorrect shipment, broken product, defective parts, etc. Returns of products sold through our Company Website are provided in the following cases:
- In case of incorrect shipment of product, which will be due to the Company or its suppliers, the customer will have the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, the packaging must be intact and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the Company.
- Also, the customer will have the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days of receipt, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection. The product must be in excellent condition, not used, the packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
In the above cases, the customer will be responsible for the loss or deterioration of the products until their return to the Company. Therefore, we recommend that returns be made either by registered mail from ELTA or by using courier services.
In the event that a deposit has been made, by any method of payment, for an order that contains products with a state of availability "upon order" there will be no right of withdrawal.
Returns
According to the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection, the customer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably and return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, not used, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the return costs will be borne by the customer.
Cash on delivery / shipping costs
The cost of cash on delivery within Greece is free and the shipping cost within Greece is 5 (five) euros for purchases under 50 (fifty) euros
Cash on delivery / transport costs European Union/Cyprus
Shipping costs for the European Union amount to 10 (ten) euros.
